Set high on a hillside above the Cretan coast, Villa Vasiliki commands far-reaching sea views that shift in colour from soft morning blues to glowing sunsets. Completed in 2025, this striking contemporary villa combines clean architectural lines with thoughtful spaces designed for comfort, privacy and shared living, all just minutes from beaches, shops and tavernas in Agia Pelagia.

The ground floor opens into a bright, open-plan living space where floor-to-ceiling windows frame uninterrupted views of the sea. Comfortable seating gathers around a built-in fireplace and a large Smart TV, creating a relaxed setting for evenings indoors. Adjacent to this, the dining area and fully equipped kitchen are arranged for easy entertaining, whether preparing a simple breakfast or a long evening meal. Tucked neatly beneath the staircase, a dedicated workspace with desk and ergonomic chair provides a quiet corner for reading or remote working, supported by high-speed internet.

A standout feature of the villa is the dedicated indoor spa room, home to a heated jetted pool designed for relaxation at any time of day. This space includes its own WC, shower and changing area, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor living. Balconies wrapping the ground floor offer multiple spots to sit with a coffee or aperitif while taking in the views.

The first floor is devoted to rest, with three elegant double bedrooms, one of which can be arranged as twins. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, mini fridge, air conditioning and a private balcony with panoramic sea views. Below, the lower ground floor adds a playful dimension, with a spacious games room featuring a large TV, console gaming, books, board games and a ping pong table, alongside a laundry room and additional sofa beds.

Outside, the private pool appears to merge with the horizon, surrounded by sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. A barbecue and dining area complete the setting, creating a seamless flow between villa and view.
