The villa is beautifully presented with contemporary flair, a unique design and modern furnishings. With glistening turquoise sea views, a delightful garden and an idyllic setting, this villa never fails to please.
The ancient, pretty, coastal village of Nopigia is utterly charming with a lovely welcoming taverna, a Byzantine church, a village store and a sandy, family friendly beach. Nopigia is 6km east of Kissamos and 30km west of Chania, nestled on a wonderful stretch of coastline east of Kissamos Bay and on the edge the Rodopos peninsula. You will discover many romantic, hidden, rocky coves and the remote beaches of Choni as well as the famous, spectacular beaches of Balos on the Gramvousa peninsula, Falasarna and Elafonissi which are within easy reach of the villa. You can walk from the villa to Nopigia’s village centre in less than fifteen minutes.
The villa is built around its swimming pool with the living spaces on one side and two of the bedrooms on the other. They are joined by a corridor which sits over the pool. It is a brilliant design, making the most of Villa Pounentes’ idyllic location and its romantic sea and sunset views. With modern architecture, an excellent layout and outstanding attention to detail, the villa is very attractive and superbly comfortable. The living space is fantastic with a high vaulted ceiling, glass doors drowning it in natural light, modern furniture, a feature fireplace and a smart kitchen with a breakfast bar styled dining space. The chef’s in your group will find everything they need for your self-catering holiday. The villa’s neutral decor offers a feeling of relaxation and calm.
Villa Pountentes boasts three stylish bedrooms, two at the end of the glass-bottomed corridor and one under the raised living space. All three are minimalist in design with beautifully dressed, comfy beds. The villa enjoys two bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower and the other with a shower. Like the rest of the villa, they are immaculate, trendy spaces.
Outside, you will enjoy the views, the pool, the garden and the spectacular, tranquil surroundings. Dining alfresco is wonderful with the beach on the horizon.
