Set within the exclusive Rock Bay Villas resort on the northern coast of Crete, Villa Eros enjoys a prime position overlooking a peaceful bay, just moments from the vibrant resort town of Agia Pelagia. This sought-after location offers a sense of privacy while keeping beaches, restaurants and local amenities within easy reach. Designed to maximise its spectacular coastal setting, the villa is arranged over three well-considered levels, all oriented towards the sea.

The upper floor is devoted entirely to the master suite, a beautifully appointed double bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows capturing uninterrupted views across the water. With its own en suite bathroom and complete privacy, this level feels calm and indulgent, ideal for quiet mornings overlooking the horizon.

On the ground floor, the main living space unfolds in an elegant open-plan layout filled with natural light. The contemporary lounge, centred around an eco-conscious fireplace, flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, creating a welcoming space for shared meals and relaxed evenings. A separate guest WC adds practicality to this level.

The lower floor is home to four further bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. Guests can choose between sea-view double rooms or twin bedrooms positioned beneath a skylit atrium, all designed with comfort and tranquillity in mind. A modern laundry room completes the interior.

Outdoors, a spacious terrace surrounds the private freshwater swimming pool, framed by landscaped Mediterranean gardens and inviting areas for sunbathing, dining and unwinding beneath the Cretan sky.
