Villa Zephyros is set within the Rock Bay Villas resort, enjoying a peaceful position in a sheltered bay on the northern coast of Crete, close to the popular seaside town of Agia Pelagia. Here, guests benefit from a calm coastal setting while remaining within easy reach of beaches, local tavernas and everyday amenities, making it an excellent base for exploring the region.

Arranged over two levels, the villa is bright, contemporary and carefully designed to make the most of its sea-facing location. The first floor hosts the main living spaces, with an open-plan sitting area, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Expansive glass doors allow natural light to pour in and open onto sea views, while an eco-friendly fireplace adds comfort during cooler evenings. A separate WC completes this level.

The lower floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation, with four well-sized bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom. Some bedrooms enjoy direct sea views, while others are enhanced by a skylight atrium that brings in soft daylight. A laundry room with modern appliances adds further convenience for longer stays.

Outside, landscaped Mediterranean gardens surround a private freshwater swimming pool. A shaded pergola with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area is ideal for leisurely meals, while two furnished terraces provide inviting spaces to relax and enjoy the coastal scenery. Private parking for two cars is also available.
