Villa Atalandia includes private parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite televisions in all rooms. The villa's architecture combines classic Mediterranean whitewashed walls, stone walls, and tiled paving, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors providing natural light and sea breezes. The interiors are furnished with natural wood pieces and parquet flooring, decorated in whites, browns, and blues.

The ground floor offers open-plan living with floor-to-ceiling windows, a seating area with leather sofas, a dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is also an office that can be converted into a bedroom and a guest toilet. Three en-suite double bedrooms with balconies and sea views complete this floor.

The outdoor area includes a tiered terrace with lawned gardens, a large swimming pool with splash pools, and sixteen sun loungers. Guests can enjoy activities such as ping pong, table football, basketball, and fitness equipment. The shaded seating area is ideal for morning coffee, and the terrace is perfect for cocktails and alfresco dining with a built-in barbecue.
