Villa Dika is a striking contemporary retreat set in the heart of Chania, just moments from the Old Town and 15 mins walk from Venetian harbour. Once a former school, the property has been thoughtfully reimagined into a spacious five-bedroom villa offering exceptional design, generous living areas and a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

Arranged over two levels, the villa features three ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, accessed from street level, alongside an expansive open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling glass floods the space with natural light. The lower, ground floor hosts two further ensuite bedrooms, a second kitchen, dining space, an atmospheric wine cellar and a distinctive indoor heated salt pool set against textured stone walls. From here 3 french doors open to the pool and barbecue terrace. There is also a locked gate accessed from street level as the villa is built on a hill.

Each bedroom is finished with a refined, minimalist aesthetic, with contemporary furnishings, ultra comfortable king-size beds and high-quality bathrooms, including one with a freestanding bathtub. All the wetrooms have hand and rain showers, and toiletries, robes and slippers are on offer.

Outside, the private garden and terrace are designed for relaxation and entertaining, with a swimming pool, loungers, shaded sitting /dining area and a fully equipped alfresco dining space with barbecue.

With sandy beaches, traditional tavernas and Crete’s renowned coastline within easy reach, Villa Dika offers a stylish and well-located base for exploring this captivating region.
