Set above the tranquil village of Sissi on Crete’s northern coast, Villa Acton is a striking multi-level retreat designed for those who value space, seclusion, and contemporary comfort. Completed in 2025, it offers sweeping mountain views, a rooftop saltwater pool, and a private wellness suite, creating an effortless blend of style and serenity.

Interiors are thoughtfully zoned across three floors, with clean architectural lines and natural light enhancing a calm, inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living and dining area flows onto panoramic terraces, while a sleek kitchen caters to relaxed meals and evening aperitifs. A guest WC, laundry room, and lift access to all levels ensure convenience throughout longer stays.

Seven elegant bedrooms are located on the lower floor, all with ensuite bathrooms, private terraces, and mountain views. Six feature king-size beds, sofa beds, and direct garden access, while a seventh accessible room has been sensitively adapted without compromising on design. Additional features include soundproofed walls, heat insulation, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart home system.

The rooftop terrace is a standout, featuring a 48-square-metre heated saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, shaded lounge, and al fresco dining area beneath a timber pergola. A barbecue area and fire pit encourage slow, sociable evenings, while a dedicated wellness room with sauna, gym equipment and massage chairs completes the picture, perfect for both relaxation and reconnection just minutes from the Cretan coast.
