Villa Aroma is situated within Rock Bay Villas Resort, offering a peaceful location in a sheltered bay on the northern coast of Crete. Close to the lively resort town of Agia Pelagia, the villa benefits from easy access to beaches, restaurants and local amenities, while retaining a calm and private atmosphere ideal for family holidays or groups travelling together.

Entrance is on the upper floor, where a bright and well-composed open-plan living space creates an immediate sense of ease. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors draw in natural light and showcase expansive sea views, while the comfortable seating area and eco-friendly fireplace provide a welcoming setting throughout the year. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area encourage sociable meals and relaxed evenings, complemented by a convenient guest WC on this level.

The lower floor houses five thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Large windows and a central atrium skylight allow daylight to flow through the space, with several bedrooms enjoying uninterrupted views across the bay. A dedicated laundry room adds further comfort and practicality, particularly for longer stays.

Outdoors, landscaped Mediterranean gardens surround a private freshwater swimming pool, alongside a separate children’s pool. A shaded pergola with an al fresco dining area offers an inviting space for shared meals, while two furnished terraces provide ideal spots to unwind, enjoy the sea breeze and take in the panoramic coastal scenery.
