Located into a hillside, Villa Fraskia delivers a laid-back yet impressive retreat designed for families or groups seeking comfort, space and a few special extras. As you descend the driveway, the striking multi-level design reveals itself, its whitewashed façade punctuated by terraces, glistening pools and panoramic views of the Cretan sea.

Inside, the villa unfolds with generous, open-plan spaces across multiple levels. The main living area blends a sleek white kitchen with oak cabinetry, a dining table for six and a lounge space featuring a plush L-shaped sofa and a smart TV. Sliding doors lead to twin balconies: one with a standalone hot tub, the other with alfresco dining for eight, an outdoor kitchen and a large barbecue, perfect for evening feasts against the sea-lit horizon.

The six bedrooms are spread across the home, each thoughtfully designed with clean lines, warm neutrals and large windows to let in the coastal light. There are five bathrooms in total, including a mix of walk-in showers and ensuites, plus thoughtful touches like blackout blinds, private terraces, and smart TVs in most rooms. A second kitchen and living space downstairs makes multi-generational stays effortless.

Step outside to discover two swimming pools, one gleaming white, the other closer to the garden, both flanked by loungers, soft seating, an outdoor shower, and a firepit for cooler evenings. Around the side, a shaded garden terrace provides further privacy and space to relax.

For entertainment, the villa’s private cinema room is a true highlight. With six cinema chairs, a huge screen, PS5 console, sound system, popcorn machine and even a mini bar, this is a dream for film nights or fun indoor escapes.
