Açıklama İngilizceTucked away in a fragrant 1,500 square metre tangerine grove in Bitez, Villa Gonca is a charming single-storey stone cottage that blends comfort and character in a peaceful setting.

As you step inside, a homely open-plan living area welcomes you with its warm fireplace and cosy furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy self-catering, while the living room flows seamlessly onto a shaded terrace — the ideal spot for long, lazy breakfasts or evening meals. Two bedrooms sleep up to four guests, with a double in the master, which also features an en-suite bathroom, and twin beds in the second bedroom. A baby cot is also available for little ones.

Outside, a private swimming pool shimmers beneath the sun, bordered by sunbeds and lush gardens where you can fire up the barbecue and dine al fresco under the citrus trees. The atmosphere is serene and inviting, yet the vibrant heart of Bodrum is just a short drive away, offering lively beaches, restaurants, and water sports.

Whether you're unwinding poolside or setting off for a coastal adventure, Villa Gonca offers an inviting retreat that feels just like home — only sunnier.
