The 250 m² villa accommodates six people across four double bedrooms - three with twin beds and one with a king‑size double - and four bathrooms. Inside, the design balances sleek style with comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a living room that opens directly onto a large terrace. Outside, a private pool is set among well‑maintained gardens, and outdoor dining areas create opportunities for meals under the stars. Additional features include air conditioning, free Wi‑Fi, a security alarm system, and private parking.

Villa Sant Joan I is under 10 minutes drive to San Antonio. San Antonio is one of the island’s principal resort towns, known for its bay on the Mediterranean and a lively atmosphere that draws visitors throughout the year. The town has a mix of beaches, promenades, local restaurants, and even more places to enjoy the iconic Ibiza sunset.

Villa Sant Joan I is located right next door to Villa Sant Joan II, another villa in our collection. The two villas can be rented together, perfect for large groups of family or friends who want to stay close by whilst maintaining privacy.
