Set among olive groves on the Tuscan hillside, Casa Bicci is a characterful country retreat with sweeping views across the Chiana Valley towards Cortona. Combining traditional farmhouse features with contemporary comforts, the villa offers an inviting base for up to ten guests, with generous indoor and outdoor spaces designed for spending time together.

Inside, exposed beams and an original fireplace bring warmth and character to the living spaces, complemented by a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a dining table that can extend to seat ten. Four ensuite bedrooms are arranged across the ground and first floors of the main house, while a separate guest house provides a fifth ensuite bedroom, offering additional privacy for couples or members of a multigenerational group.

Outside, Casa Bicci makes the most of its beautiful Tuscan setting. Guests can relax beside the private swimming pool, settle into a sunlounger or gather beneath the wooden pergola for leisurely meals around the ten-person dining table. An outdoor cooking area, complete with barbecue, sink and mini-fridge, makes al fresco dining particularly easy.

The wellness facilities provide another highlight. The dedicated spa area includes a sauna, steam room, sensory shower and hot tub, while an additional outdoor Jacuzzi offers a peaceful spot to unwind while enjoying the surrounding landscape.

When it is time to explore, the historic hilltop town of Cortona is around a 15-minute drive away, placing restaurants, shops, Etruscan heritage and atmospheric Tuscan streets within easy reach.
