The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cosy sitting space. A large French window opens directly onto the private garden, where guests can enjoy al fresco dining or relax on sun loungers by the swimming pool. The outdoor area is perfect for soaking up the serene atmosphere and taking in the stunning views of Lake Como and Comacina Island.
The first floor hosts a minimalist double bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lake, creating an ideal spot for relaxing. The second floor is dedicated to the master suite, featuring a spacious bedroom, a walk-in closet, a freestanding bath, and a panoramic balcony.
