Encircled by olive trees and the Puglian countryside, Masseria Spinosa offers an authentic yet stylish escape just a short drive from the Adriatic Sea. Located near the celebrated white city of Ostuni, this holiday home embraces the essence of rural southern Italy with charm and contemporary comfort.

Thoughtfully restored, the entire ground-floor of this handsome masseria is reserved for 4-6 guests. Inside, the interiors are light-filled, where pretty touches meet original character. Two air-conditioned bedrooms offer restful retreats - one a double with an en-suite, the other a flexible twin, ideal for a couple, family or small group of friends. At the heart of the home, an open-plan living space brings everyone together, with a gorgeous kitchen, dining space and sitting area with a sofa bed. A second modern shower room ensures comfort for all.

Step outside into your garden where a swimming pool shimmers beneath the southern sun. Here, long afternoons drift by between swims, shaded lunches and the rustle of olive branches. Though the owners live discreetly on the upper floor, rest assured the garden and pool are for guests' use alone.

Perfectly positioned between land and sea, Masseria Spinosa sits just 7km from Ostuni’s historic centre, where white stone facades frame vibrant markets and hidden trattorias. The nearby coast beckons or spend days exploring the Itria Valley’s most iconic towns - Alberobello, Cisternino and Martina Franca, each offering a window into Puglia’s rich cultural tapestry.

Whether you're drawn by turquoise waters, historic architecture or the simple joy of sun-warmed days, Masseria Spinosa invites you to experience the many wonders of Puglia.
