There are plenty of sun loungers and seating, as well as a pleasant covered area with a dining table and chairs. The palm-filled gardens offer yet more areas to relax slightly away from the main terrace, with lounge seating and a large barbecue available to you.

The indoor living areas are directly accessible from the terrace via sliding doors, and impress with their contemporary style. Spacious and open-plan, the living area has abundant seating and a dining table from which you can admire the views of the Aegean as you eat. The kitchen is just a few steps away and equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine all the other kit you may need. You can also look forward to a welcome basket too.

For your entertainment, there are LED TVs and Wi-Fi internet at Villa Lakhania, which is also air-conditioned for added comfort. The villa is located just outside the village which shares its name – it’s easy to reach by car. The city which shares the island’s name is straight up the eastern coast, and you should be able to reach it in around 80 minutes. Once there some of the island’s beat-known landmarks await you, among them the Palace of the Grand Masters and the Acropolis of Rhodes. Its counterpart in Lindos is closer still, and around 35 minutes from Lakhania.
