Villa Zevra is a spacious six-bedroom property located in Skordili, Rethymno, set within five acres of private landscaped grounds. The villa features a large swimming pool with views of the surrounding nature and provides outdoor seating options, including cushioned bean bag chairs. A children’s play area is also available, positioned so it can be easily supervised.

Inside, the design combines classic and modern elements, with high-beamed ceilings, neutral-coloured walls, and custom artwork. Large glass windows create a bright and open atmosphere. The living area offers comfortable seating and a television, while the fully equipped kitchen provides all necessary facilities for meal preparation. Guests can choose to dine indoors or on the balcony terrace.

The ground floor has two en-suite bedrooms: one double room with an additional sofa bed that converts into a double, and one twin bedroom. Both rooms share access to a balcony. On the first floor, there is a small office space and the master en-suite bedroom, which includes a walk-in wardrobe, a private balcony with sea views, and a marble bathroom with a spa-style tub. This floor also has a twin bedroom and a double en-suite bedroom with views of the surrounding forest.

The basement has been renovated to serve both leisure and relaxation needs. It includes a spacious double bedroom with two single sofa beds, a playroom, a home cinema, an indoor heated swimming pool, and a hot tub. A kitchenette and modern bathroom make the basement a self-contained living space.

In total, the villa accommodates up to twenty guests. Additional amenities include a ping-pong table and barbecue facilities. The nearby village of Atsipopoulo, within walking distance, offers supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Rethymno city, located 2 km away, features a Venetian castle, harbour, and historic old town with cobbled streets and local character.
