Halkidiki is a fantastic holiday destination in Northern Greece with three peninsulas, Kassandra, Sithonia and Athos. They boast a dramatic landscape brimming with mountains heavy sprinkled with flowering gorse and the gorgeous scents of pine plunging down to sandy coves. Sithonia is quieter than the Kassandra peninsula. It enjoys picturesque harbours, olive groves, green lush forest and golden beaches. Access to the Athos penininsula stops at the village of Uranupolis, which is the border before Mount Athos. As well as being famous for its beaches and nightlife, Halkidiki is famous for it archaeological sites and its historical, cultural and religious interests. Dating back to the Byzantine period, Elia Nikitis is a delightful coastal village between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras.

Villa Callia has been designed with luxury sea front living in mind. It enjoys contemporary architecture, minimalist design, super cool furnishings, a calm colour palette and striking design features. All three villas are set within gorgeous gardens brimming with aromatic herbs including lavender and rosemary. It is quiet and peaceful. Villa Callia is built over three floors with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and light and airy modern living space. The semi-basement sleeping area is home to two double bedrooms and two gorgeous bathrooms. It is very cool during the hot summer months and is drowned in natural light through very large windows or doors that look out to a pretty private garden. There are steps up from one bedroom to the garden and pool.  All of the bedrooms enjoy hotel quality cottons and luxurious Candia handmade, hypoallergic mattresses. The master bedroom suite is found on the top floor, reached by a contemporary spiral staircase. The master is heavenly with a wall of glass doors opening to a huge balcony with stunning views of the Toronean Gulf with the island of Kelyfos, across the Kassandra peninsula and over to the dramatic peaks of Mount Olympus. The outdoor furnishings are beautiful. The kingsize bed is perfectly positioned to wake up to these stunning views. The master features a fabulous ensuite bathroom, again with fluffy towels, dressing gowns and slippers.

Huge floor-to-ceiling glass doors open at the rear of the living area bringing the outside in and offering superb garden and sea views. The villa offers a beautiful, modern kitchen, a charming dining area and an elegant lounge area. The kitchen features excellent appliances including a stainless steel American style fridge freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine and a sociable island. You can dine indoors at a lovely table and chairs or head outside for a spot of alfresco dining. A modern corner sofa looks out to the garden, pool and the sea and is also perfectly positioned to enjoy the smart television.

Villa Callia comes with sensational outdoor space. It offers a wonderful alfresco dining and lounge area, a fabulous swimming pool in the centre of the garden with a wooden sun deck and trendy loungers, lush lawns and planting beds and amazing, uninterrupted sea views. The resort’s private rocky beach is shared by all three villas and is 15 metres long. It offers the ultimate in relaxation, simplicity and exceptional beauty.
