This architect designed two-storey, two hundred and ninety-five square metre property, is built of classical Mediterranean white-washed stone, with an impressive frontage which cleverly combines sea view balconies with shady verandas. Whilst the elegant interiors are furnished with contemporary pieces, and eclectic lighting, and decorated in a neutral palette of creamy beiges and shades of grey.

Enter the villa at ground floor level, where you will find an open plan living space, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of light and air, and rewards the guests with stunning sea views. The villa has a cool light coloured tiled floor, with a black pattern that defines the different living spaces. The seating area has two comfortable cream leather sofas and matching armchairs, glass coffee and side tables, arranged facing a flat-screen smart television. The dining area has a glass table with six cream-upholstered chairs, ideal for some impressive indoor entertaining. The adjacent white and stainless kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances that you will need to cater for your holiday, including an American-style family-size fridge freezer, a built-in oven and hob, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and that must-have morning coffee maker. There is a round grey marble table to seat four, perfect for a casual breakfast catch-up. All the bedrooms are fully furnished with double beds, side and dressing tables, wardrobes, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and balconies with stunning sea views. The first of the five bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with a kings size bed and a smart television. The other four spacious double bedrooms are on the first floor. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, both with bathtubs, showers, double wash basins, bidets, and WCs.

Access the terrace through the living space, where there is a centrepiece ten and a half metre long roman step entry infinity swimming pool, perfect for a few lengths before breakfast. The pool is surrounded by cream-cushioned curved sun loungers with shady parasols, strategically positioned for maximum sea views and sun worshipping. Relax in the shaded soft seating area, or take a swing on the egg chair in the garden. Watch the sunset from the terrace, cocktail in hand, then choose your favoured dining spot.
