This unique split-level, luxury villa sits surrounded by lush greenery, overlooking Agios Isidoros beach, situated on the south coast of the Greek island of Lesbos, in the north Aegean Sea. The villa is part of a small cluster of environmentally-friendly properties, set on the hillside, with sweeping panoramic views over the adjacent azure Aegean Sea. The beautiful beach is a short three hundred metre walk away, where you can dip your toes in the crystal clear waters, and be back in time for breakfast.

Villa Isildur has two spacious double bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to five guests, ideal for a small family, or couples sharing. The property is constructed out of burnt orange terracotta, with floor-to-ceiling picture windows, which open onto terraces, and flood the space with natural light and cooling sea breezes. The villa has on-site parking, complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, solar panels, and modern sensor systems. The interiors are stylishly furnished with contemporary pieces, the latest appliances, and a calming colour palette of crisp whites with shades of beige, and hues of blue.

Follow the paved stone path, that takes you to the entrance of the villa, where you will find a large open-plan living space, with stunning sea views, and doors that slide open onto the expansive terrace. The seating area has an inviting L-shaped sofa, which can be transformed into a bed for one guest, a chair, a coffee table, a flat-screen television, and a fireplace for those cooler months and evenings. The adjacent dining set has a smart extendable glass top table, and six white chairs, ideal for some impressive indoor entertaining. The white and brown kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cater for your holiday, including a family-size fridge-freezer, a built-in oven and hob, a washing machine and dishwasher, and that must-have morning coffee maker. A guest loo with WC and hand basin completes this floor. Take the stairs to the upper level, where there are two bedrooms, both with double beds, and stunning sea-view balconies. There is a separate grey and white marble tiled bathroom, with a walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC.

The best bit about Villa Isildur is the fifty square metre glass-fronted terrace, with incredible vistas over the Aegean, and a backdrop of magnificent mountains. The light stone tiled terrace is furnished with a seating set, strategically positioned to watch as the yachts sail over the horizon, as you sip cocktails at sunset. Take the paved stone steps down to the ladder entry swimming pool, surrounded by a paved terrace and a well-manicured lawn, and have a cool-down dip in the hot afternoon sun.
