The villa is a spacious three hundred and fifty square metres and is built over two levels, with a separate guest house. Tiered terraces are home to a private infinity swimming pool, seating and sunbathing platforms, a brand-new alfresco gym, and gardens populated by mature trees and colourful shrubs. For your peace of mind and privacy, the villa has a security guard from 11 pm until 7 am, CCTV, and safety boxes in all the bedrooms. Villa Hero comes with its own private parking spaces and includes complimentary Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. The villa is built out of classic Cycladic white-washed stone, and the interiors are light and airy, with a funky vibe using contemporary furniture, primary colour artwork, and a sophisticated soothing palette of cool whites, and shades of grey.

This architect-designed villa has a unique living arrangement, using independent entrances to create self-contained accommodation. The indoor round dining table can seat six guests with a sea view. The adjacent ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cater for your holiday, including an American-style fridge freezer with a wine cooler, a large built-in oven and hob, and direct access to the outdoor eating area and barbeque. Take the stairs that lead to two double bedrooms and a guest cloakroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, built-in closets, an open plan ensuite bathroom with rain shower, sea views, and terrace access. The other bedroom has built-in bunk beds, big enough for adults, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.

The independent lower level has a shared kitchenette, and three ensuite double bedrooms with rain showers, each with their own entrances, that can be inter-connected to create a self-contained suite. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds, that can be converted into double beds, and the other one has a built-in queen size bed. The largest of the bedrooms has its own lounge area, sea views, and balcony access to the terrace. The sixth bedroom can be found in the separate Guest House with stunning sea views. It has a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a lounge area, an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, and access to the pergola seating area.

Access the tiled tiered terrace through the living space where you will find an inviting step-entry fifteen metre long heated infinity swimming pool, ideal for a few lengths before breakfast. The pool is surrounded by the fattest grey cushioned sun loungers, perfect for lying back, working on that tan, and catching up with this year’s best seller.
