Villa Koukla is a charming hillside retreat in Porto Koukla, offering an idyllic escape with breathtaking views over the Bay of Keri, Marathonisi Island, and the surrounding mountains. Just a five-minute drive from the lively resort of Laganas, the villa is perfectly placed for peace and privacy while still being close to traditional tavernas, seafront bars, and the quaint Limni Keri harbour.

Designed for families or groups of up to six, the villa blends traditional and contemporary style. The open-plan living area is full of character, with stone archways and a fireplace, leading into a well-equipped galley kitchen. One double bedroom sits on the ground floor alongside a striking shower room, while upstairs there are two generous ensuite doubles. Large windows throughout frame the lush greenery and dazzling sea beyond, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Much of the villa’s appeal lies outdoors. A stone terrace runs the length of the property, shaded by ancient olive trees. Guests can relax by the pool, soak up panoramic views, or enjoy barbecues under the sunset sky. Villa Koukla is a place to truly unwind, where natural beauty and thoughtful design combine to deliver a serene Greek island getaway.
