Sleek, sculptural and sun-soaked, Villa Paxton is a waterfront retreat where the rhythm of the Aegean sets the pace for your stay. Tucked just moments from the celebrated Psarou Beach, this six-bedroom villa combines clean-lined architecture with warm island spirit, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle and a front-row seat to the Mykonos coast.

Step through the private entrance into bright, open-plan interiors where large picture windows frame uninterrupted sea views. The living and dining areas are laid out for relaxed gatherings, softened with tonal furnishings and natural textures. A fully equipped kitchen hides within minimalist cabinetry, ready for everything from fresh morning fruit platters to sunset feasts. Each of the six bedrooms has its own sense of calm and privacy, most with en-suite bathrooms and a touch of individuality. One suite features its own indoor jacuzzi, the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun, while another includes a sofa bed ideal for extra guests.

Outside, the atmosphere is breezy and tranquil. A shimmering infinity pool stretches along the terrace, lined with thick-cushioned sunbeds that seem to float on water. The generous outdoor jacuzzi is tucked beneath the sun, and a covered pergola shades the al fresco dining space, making every meal feel like an occasion. The terrace is expansive and multi-zoned, giving guests plenty of space to unwind together or steal away for quiet moments in the sun.

With its prime location on the island’s south coast, Villa Paxton strikes a balance between proximity and privacy. A short footpath leads to the golden sands of Psarou Beach, while the buzz of Mykonos Town is just a short drive away.

Whether gathering for a sun-drenched family holiday or sharing the island energy with friends, Villa Paxton is the kind of place that invites you to stay just a little longer.
