Spend your days relaxing around your private swimming pool, sipping coffee with spectacular vistas of the azure blue Ionian Sea or head into the village centre for water-front tavernas, winding cobbled streets and pretty pastel houses.

The villa is modern and bright with natural-coloured furnishings and charming wooden furniture. Bespoke touches include hanging lamps, wall art and chic mirrors for a ‘luxe’ homely feel.

You can access the fully-equipped kitchen directly from the pool terrace. There’s also a south-facing terrace with a cushioned wicker table and chairs and a barbeque for those evenings when you’d like to eat in. Magical sunsets come as standard.

Inside, you’ll find a cosy living and dining room, with comfy chairs and another dining table. Large windows and doors let in the beautiful warm light.
From the villa, it’s a short drive to the centre of Assos village with its picture-worthy Ionian architecture and relaxed atmosphere.

The renowned beach of Myrtos can also be reached by car. The sandy stretch of coastline is set between the feet of two tree-lined mountains, Agia Dynati and Kalon Oros, so the location is impressive and the waters are sheltered and calm – perfect for swimming and snorkelling.

Then, when you’ve had your fill of swimming or sightseeing, air conditioning and plush beds await when you come back. There’s a spacious twin bedroom and a separate master bathroom on the ground floor. There’s also an attic master double bedroom on the second floor with fantastic views from the two small windows facing both north and south.
