La Coulinette is a beautifully renovated Provençal villa where contemporary style meets the timeless charm of the French Riviera hinterland. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and bathed in southern light, this two-storey abode offers the perfect balance of elegance, comfort and space, with every room fully air-conditioned for year-round enjoyment.

Inside, the heart of the home is a brand-new kitchen with an island breakfast bar and American-style fridge freezer, alongside a light-filled living and dining space with Samsung Smart TV and fibre-optic Wi-Fi. Pretty French windows lead to a shaded dining terrace, ideal for long lunches that spill into the afternoon. A ground-floor four-poster bedroom with ensuite opens directly onto the garden, while upstairs, three further bedrooms include two with balcony access, one with its own ensuite, alongside a family bathroom.

Outside, the large garden, dotted with mature trees, frames the heated, 10-metre pool, where a sun-soaked terrace gives way to a shaded pool house complete with outdoor lounge, bar and fridge. The south-west aspect ensures warm days and unforgettable sunsets. Evenings are perfect for cooking on the barbecue or pizza oven and dining al-fresco as the sky deepens to indigo.

La Coulinette enjoys an idyllic setting between Bar-sur-Loup and Tourrettes-sur-Loup, with Grasse only 20 minutes away. Pont-sur-Loup is a two-minute drive, offering a small grocery store, a family-run courtyard restaurant and a micro-brewery with food and live music. The region is rich in attractions, from the historic lanes of Saint-Paul-de-Vence to the perfumeries of Grasse, with kayaking, hiking and cycling along the River Loup for the more adventurous.

Whether you are seeking a holiday filled with outdoor adventures or lazy days beside the pool, this villa offers a setting where every detail encourages you to slow down and enjoy the very best of the Côte d’Azur hinterland.
