Imagine arriving at a place where wood, sea and light converge - this is Villa Pietra di Mare. Poised above the turquoise sea close to Santa Giulia, the house unfolds across terraces and natural rock, offering sweeping sea views from nearly every angle. Inside, a muted palette of linen, timber and terracotta blends with curated art and textured surfaces. The architecture feels at once bold and calming, with wooden facades that open to let warmth, breeze and uninterrupted vistas flood the interiors.

Inside Villa Pietra di Mare there are six gorgeous bedrooms, each immaculately designed with king-size double beds and ensuites. The master bedroom features a terrace overlooking the gulf, its tall freestanding bathtub adding to the sense of discreet luxury. Other double bedrooms present panoramic sea views, terraces and Italian showers. The décor is subtle and artisanal, with natural materials bringing in texture and warmth without overpowering the view.

Outdoors, a heated infinity pool appears to merge with the maquis-covered rocks and Mediterranean beyond, and a decked terrace with sun beds and outdoor shower complete the poolside experience. Gather for al-fresco feasts on the shady terrace, followed by warm summer evenings sipping Corsican rosé overlooking the sea, accompanied by the gentle sound of cicadas.

Setting is everything here. Villa Pietra di Mare sits just moments from idyllic bays, including Plage de Santa Giulia (1.5km) where shallow waters and a white sand cove invite families, watersport enthusiasts and swimmers of all ages. Porto Vecchio lies within a short drive, its ancient citadel, cobbled lanes and vibrant bistros offering a contrasting charm to this restful escape.

Whether you are gathering with family or friends, Villa Pietra di Mare invites you to inhabit a space of harmony and sensory delight in southern Corsica.
