Situated on a gentle hillside above the coast, Château Marianne greets you with a sense of calm and elegance. Mediterranean light bathes the pink stone and casts soft reflections across the swimming pool. A one-hectare park of mature pines and scented shrubs frames the horizon, where sea and sky meet.

Inside, the atmosphere is refined but relaxed. Completely restored under the direction of a highly respected French architect, this beautiful residence harmonises historic grandeur with modern comforts. Seven gorgeous bedrooms, each with its own bath or shower, promise restful nights. Light pours through generously sized windows, and tasteful décor creates restful spaces that still feel alive with character. Elegant dining spaces, soft sofas, a cinema lounge and a large professional kitchen (ideal for catered meals) hint at the convivial evenings to come.

Outside, life flows between terraces, shaded paths, steps and gardens. A long, natural swimming pool mirrors the sky and invites lingering swims. Characterful terraces offer places for reading, while a pool house, barbecue and outdoor lounge alongside a fitness and yoga area suggest a balance between ease and well being. The pétanque court evokes local charm and invites gentle competition under the late afternoon sun.

This grand château occupies a privileged position just 1km above Plage de Cavalière, so loved for its sandy shores and seasonal watersports. A short drive away is the heart of Le Lavandou, once a traditional fishing village and now one of the Côte d’Azur’s most loved seaside destinations, celebrated for its laid back charm and pretty beaches that curve gently along the Mediterranean shore.

Just over 30km by car, the iconic town of Saint-Tropez also beckons with its blend of Riviera glamour, designer shopping and vibrant harbourfront, making it an effortless excursion. Alternatively, take a boat ride across to Les Îles d’Or, a group of French islands offering crystal-clear waters, hidden coves and protected landscapes.

Whether you are gathering family or friends, Château Marianne offers a rare blend of gracious living and natural beauty on the French Riviera.
