Villa Taika perfectly captures a relaxed holiday atmosphere. This traditional stone house with charming green shutters features bright, airy and modern living spaces, along with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. Set in the centre of Sumartin, a small port town on Brač island, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting while being just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and local shops. You can even pick up freshly caught fish from nearby fishermen to enjoy on the barbecue.

Inside, the villa is styled in a fresh, contemporary way, with light-filled rooms creating a welcoming and easy-going feel. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge, opening directly onto the terrace. Upstairs, there are three well-sized bedrooms – two doubles and one twin – along with two modern bathrooms, while the upper floor enjoys lovely views over the port.

The highlight of Villa Taika is its spacious outdoor terrace, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. A private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off, while sun loungers invite lazy afternoons in the sun. There’s also a covered dining area with a barbecue for al fresco meals, as well as a small garden providing shade and privacy.
