Açıklama İngilizceTucked into the gentle slope of Prja bay in the charming fishing village of Postira, Villa Calmare invites you in with its thoughtful design and serene ambience. As you step through the wide sliding doors, you’re greeted by a spacious living area with plush sofas, a crackling wood-burning fireplace, and a cosy spot for wine lovers—complete with a wall of fine local vintages. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for leisurely meals around a generous dining table, while a pool table nearby adds a touch of laid-back fun.

Spread across three floors, the villa hosts six airy bedrooms—each with an ensuite bathroom and either a balcony or terrace, perfect for slow mornings and sea views. Step outside and you’ll find cascading stone terraces: one with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, another with a heated pool and sun loungers, and a grassy upper-level ideal for quiet coffee moments.

The villa’s garden paths lead you past lavender and rosemary to a sauna, gym, and private parking. With beaches and the village centre under a kilometre away, you’re well-placed to explore Postira’s laid-back charm, fresh seafood, and hidden coves. Whether cycling along the coast or watching the sun slip behind Split, Villa Calmare is a beautiful base for your Brac island retreat.
