The rugged drama of this villa is something unlike you’ve ever seen before. This is a designer six-bedroom villa etched into the cliffs beside the roaring sea below. If you’re looking for a majestic property that’ll keep you cosy inside, look no further than Villa Luxana in Prižba, Korčula Island.

There are great designer touches throughout a brand new and exclusive seafront villa. Here you’ll find six en-suite bedrooms with their own balconies and terraces. The property is ideal for warm summers and cool winters; the property is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating.

Its beautiful gardens are bursting with an assortment of Mediterranean herbs and olive and lemon trees, creating a fragrant landscape that is both calming and energising. With an infinity pool flanked by sun terraces, a gym, private yoga classes and direct sea access via a dramatic staircase that weaves through rock to the wild waters, you’re as close to comfort as you are to the rebellion of nature. This is an invigorating property unlike anywhere you’ve stayed before.

If you think the panoramas stop once you step inside, you’re wrong. You can take in the elegant sea view from all bedrooms and the living and dining areas. There are also endless options for fun, including stand-up paddle boarding, scuba diving and jet skiing. If you prefer a more luxurious selection of hobbies, you might try sightseeing, wine tasting or lovely boat trips that sail the adoring Adriatic.

Convenience is the cornerstone, and whether you want your groceries delivered, catering services or an airport transfer, we’ve got it covered.

High ceilings and glass walls create a spacious, airy, elegant feel, and the sea surrounds you. Languishing over two floors, you can enjoy the atrium, which falls across two levels. On the upper level, you can enjoy a gorgeous terrace, and on the lower, a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining and living room from which you can also access the infinity pool.

The outdoor terrace consists of sun loungers, barbecues, and a strip of spacious terraces. Beyond the sheer beauty of this villa is its powerful affinity with nature, from its position beside the sea to the seductive scents from the garden.

Are you looking for luxury with a side order of rugged grandeur? This is the place for you.
