Sunset Penthouse is presented as a captivating three bedroom beachfront residence set along the celebrated shores of Barbados’ West Coast. Positioned on the first floor of the prestigious Old Trees development, the penthouse offers effortless access from the car park and through the lush gardens that lead naturally to the pristine sands where dedicated beachfront seating is arranged for your stay. From the moment the entrance is crossed, sweeping sea views are revealed and a sense of calm privacy is felt throughout. Soft earthy tones and coastal boho textures are paired with vaulted ceilings to create an inviting ambience that mirrors the aquamarine waters seen from the open plan living area. The contemporary kitchen flows into a spacious lounge and onward to a covered terrace through elegant French doors, allowing indoor and outdoor spaces to blend seamlessly. Here, a refreshing plunge pool and a shaded dining area encourage unhurried afternoons and relaxed evenings, while a private staircase provides direct access to the beach below.

Each of the three en suite bedrooms has been arranged with comfort and tranquillity in mind, with the primary suite standing out for its serene sea views, generous bathroom with a ceiling mounted rain shower, and a secluded terrace ideal for taking in the golden hues of a West Coast sunset. Refined finishes, central air conditioning, and thoughtful detailing contribute to a consistently luxurious atmosphere. Guests at Sunset Penthouse benefit from the exceptional amenities of Old Trees, including a housekeeper and laundress, dedicated beach attendants, a fitness centre, 24 hour security, and a lagoon style pool framed by waterfalls. With its idyllic Paynes Bay position close to the dining, shopping, and nightlife of Holetown, Sunset Penthouse is offered as an exquisite coastal retreat where comfort, beauty, and effortless relaxation come together.
